A socket command so agents can ask which documents are open, not only open new ones.

Install the native host outside the repo folder
An install.sh option that copies the host out of the cloned folder, for clones under ~/Downloads where the browser may fail to start it.

In Document title mode, a document can show under both Open and Recently closed and lose its pin. Merge those rows into one.
